Experience:
Ms. Massaro has over a decade of experience in urban planning and urban design. She has managed small scale redevelopment and community planning projects while also contributing as project planner on numerous large scale design-based urban planning projects. She is active in both the American Planning Association, North Central Texas Section of the APA and the Congress for the New Urbanism.
Representative projects include; Vision North Texas, Downtown Tampa Redevelopment Plan, City of Clearwarter Special Area Plan, Downtown Denton Plan, City of Forney Comprehensive Plan, City of Bryan Corridor Study, City of Garland Visioning Plan, Lawton Growth Management Plan, City of Southlake Carillon Development, Lawton Bike Plan, City of Austin Carma Development Design Guidelines, and City of Glenn Heights Land Use Plan, and Texas A&M Campus Design Guidelines.
